Prospect inquires
A prospect messages your WhatsApp number asking about a property. Wavy creates a conversation in the shared inbox and tags it with the project name.
Industry · Real Estate
Developers, brokers, and property managers use Wavy to capture property leads in a shared inbox, qualify buyers, schedule site visits, share brochures and documents via approved templates, and run consent-aware campaigns for new project launches. Campaign workers recheck opted_in contacts and campaign launch has a review gate; manual and rule-based sends follow separate controls.
What Wavy does for real estate
These are the workflows Wavy is built to support for real-estate developers, brokers, and property managers. Each job has a clear input, a review boundary, and an honest output state.
1. Property lead capture and buyer qualification. A prospect messages your WhatsApp number after seeing a property listing, an ad, or a referral. Wavy captures the conversation in the shared inbox, tags it with the property or project mentioned, and assigns it to a sales agent. The agent reviews the conversation, qualifies the buyer's budget and requirements, and sends property details or brochure links using an approved template — all after human review. Wavy tracks delivery state honestly.
2. Site-visit scheduling and document sharing. When a prospect is ready for a site visit, your agent schedules it in the shared inbox and sends a confirmation message with location details using an approved template. Brochures, floor plans, and legal documents can be shared as links — the team should review each message before using it. If a payment provider is connected, token payment links are provider-dependent; current UI confirmation is separate from backend approval enforcement.
3. Project launch and inventory update campaigns. For opted-in prospects, your team creates campaigns to announce new project launches, price revisions, or inventory availability. The campaign uses a Meta-approved template, targets only the opted-in segment, and enters a review queue before dispatch. If a prospect opts out, they are suppressed from all future campaigns immediately. The AI assistant, if enabled, can draft suggested replies for inquiries, but no draft is sent without approval.
Example workflow
This is an illustrative workflow showing how the pieces fit together. It is not a promise of outcomes — your results depend on your own provider configuration, contact quality, and message content.
A prospect messages your WhatsApp number asking about a property. Wavy creates a conversation in the shared inbox and tags it with the project name.
A sales agent reads the conversation, asks about budget and requirements, and shares property details using an approved template after review.
The agent schedules a site visit and sends a confirmation with location details using an approved template — reviewed before dispatch.
The agent shares brochures or floor plans as attachments. Each document send is reviewed by a human before it reaches the prospect.
For opted-in prospects, a project-launch campaign is created with an approved template. It enters a review queue — a human must approve it before dispatch.
If a prospect replies 'STOP' or asks to opt out, Wavy suppresses all future campaign messages to that contact immediately.
Provider and configuration dependencies
WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API). You must connect your own Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business number. Wavy does not provide a shared number — your message reputation, quality rating, and template approvals belong to your Meta account.
Approved message templates. Site-visit confirmations, document-share messages, project-launch announcements, and payment-link templates must each be submitted to and approved by Meta before they can be used in a campaign. Wavy surfaces the approval status; it cannot bypass Meta's review.
Contact opt-in records. You are responsible for maintaining evidence of consent for each prospect you message with promotional content. Real-estate marketing may be subject to local regulatory restrictions on unsolicited communication — ensure your opt-in process complies. Wavy enforces suppression for contacts who opt out, but the initial opt-in record and regulatory compliance are yours to maintain.
Optional: Payment provider. If you want to collect token payments or booking amounts inside WhatsApp, connect your own UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe, or Stripe account. Payment links are provider-dependent; the current API/UI path requires separate review before live use.
Optional: AI assistant. If enabled, the AI assistant can draft suggested replies for property inquiries in the inbox. Copilot drafts are returned for human review; bot connectors are a separate path and are not represented by this draft flow.
Consent and review boundaries
Wavy is designed so that no consequential action happens without a human decision. Specifically:
• Site-visit confirmations and document sends require reviewer approval before they are sent to the provider.
• Token payment links are provider-dependent; current UI confirmation is separate from backend approval enforcement.
• Project-launch campaigns enter a review queue — each scheduled message must be approved before dispatch.
• AI-drafted replies are suggestions in the inbox — they are never sent to a prospect without a human clicking approve.
• Opt-out requests are processed immediately — once a prospect opts out, no campaign message will be dispatched to them.
Questions
Wavy can schedule campaign sequences for opted-in prospects, but each campaign enters a human review queue before any message is dispatched. Your agents control what listings are shared and when.
Yes. Your team can share documents as attachments or links in the shared inbox. Each document send is reviewed by a human before it reaches the prospect. Wavy does not generate or verify legal documents — your qualified team handles document content.
Yes, if a payment provider is connected. Payment links are generated only when an agent explicitly requests one and are sent only after human review. Wavy tracks the payment link delivery state honestly.
Wavy includes a built-in contact manager with segments, tags, and pipeline stages. Export to Airtable is available. Deeper CRM or property-management integrations are listed as planned — check the integrations page for current status.
Connect your own Meta Business number, import prospects with consent, create approved templates, and start capturing leads and sharing documents — with human approval gates at every consequential step.
